I love the false hope. How hard do u reckon they tried to polish terd before having to issue this confession? Rough rule of thumb is to halve cumulative after tax cashflow to get fair value today. No need to debate with this one as cumulative cash flows already less than undeveloped market capitalisation. Risk/return very poor. And don't bother bangung on about resource upside, unless added resource fills in plentiful holes in current ore body it is meaningless.
Also, these blokes couldn't develop a sandpit.
