Morning all. Congrats to LTH, nice to see some vindication as the business pivots away from the reliance on G&I.
A couple of question on shorting:
1. Does the short generally have a set time period in which they need to return the shares, and if so, what would this typically be? (3/6/12 months?)
2. Can the lender call the shares back at notice, or are they bound by the time period in the agreement?
I’m just trying determine if some will be holding out (if they have no obligation to cover their position for a while). The charts are T-4 so we’ll find out soon enough I guess...
Cheers
