Except they already did find significance so what are you talking about? Sample size only matters in regards to a treatment effect if you don't reach significance with narrow confidence intervals? They did reach in CHF and CLBP so mute point. In terms of generalisation of results 566 is pretty damn good and good enough for an FDA approval as history shows.
