Gong's should not sell any shares and let SP go to $0.30, collect their performance shares and then start selling to keep the SP down so that D. Rotman doesn't get any performance shares.

Since they are not doing that we probably should infer they want to sell asap without sending the SP down to much, so they can get cash and start a new venture.
