CT,
" Trusts being used inappropriately so they charge a tax of 46.5% inclduing the Medicare Levy (i.e. the maximum tax possible) on Trusts that make a taxable profit but don't distribute it "
i have a question on this.. i.e.
do they have to distribute all the profit or they can get away from highest tax of 46.5% by distributing part of it.
thanks in advance.
