Unfortunately their after sales service and warranty claims service is total garbage, just look at all these reviews.
Glad I sold out of these shares some time ago, they are going down hill. buyer beware IMHO.
Then again, quality and SP sometimes just dont go together I guess so make up your own mind but I am never buying from them again.
