The share price has nothing to do with after sales service and warranty claims. It is to do with profitability, which by some metrics JB hi fi is one of the best run retailers in the world per square metre of shop space. I've been buying at JB for 30 years and have never had a problem. All retailers have their share of unsatisfied customers, but the happy ones are much less likely to post feedback than the unhappy ones. The silent majority are not heard from. Find me a store that never gets negative feedback.
