I tend to agree with your assessment, it's just disappointing to learn we're being kept in the dark. Certainly that's the conclusion I draw from all this, people were selling for 0.6c just a few days ago, because they didn't know any better - when it would seem something has been cooking all along.

I'm placing an ever increasing importance on quality of management (specifically disclosure) when it comes to stocks, as this is what seems to burn holders the most. So even though in this instance it's worked in my favour, I don't like to see this kind of price action without knowing why.
