It’s fully manipulated.. forced to keep the SP to close at 25 cents .. by adding a mere 7 shares.. this is brokers doing manipulation to the finest.. this fluctuations only bother if you are in for a short term (few days to few weeks) .. I see this as a buying opportunity.. added more today ..

How long will this be held down.. broker data next week will tell us who’s been selling/capping this one..

Bankers could be keep it low as well.. just to get a better deal out from the doc.. so guys don’t sell your shares .. hold them and you will reap benefits in the multiples
