so what's happening now is the retailers selling on fear of the institutions pip pushes and them loading up at a lower discount.

second stage will be after the buy up and retail no longer selling or understanding they have been played for the shares it'll slow down

third is that they are doing this to capitalise on the exercise price of options they hold and will exercise at 0.03c

fourth step that's going to happen is once they reach exercise price sell the now profited shares and use to pay the fee and in return getting free shares for nothing

all available thanks to normal mum and dad investors because they don't have broker software that clearly shows this is happening
