this post proves you have no idea how options work.
you can convert an option at any time before expiry
you do not need to convert when the head price get to a certain value
when you convert an option you deal direct with the company, nothing to do with a broker
you request a form from the company, you fill it in and send it back, you deposit the funds needed to convert into the companies bank account and then once processed they issue the shares to your account and cancel your options
the company gets the full amount of money
