U may b happy just to buy without fully understanding the affect of buy and sell orders but I like to know how it works before buying and selling. Cheap spec stocks can b heavily influenced by buy and sell orders so I think it’s irresponsible to tell somebody new to this that it doesn’t matter. A couple of cents doesn’t matter with RAC but it could make quite a difference with other stocks.
If I can get it cheaper and it eases my mind knowing I’ve bought it at what I think is the best time to buy it then I’m happy with that. If u r happy to possibly pay more for it, that’s ur prerogative.
