was anyone aware that the arrangement with UCC was costing 30 K per month, why was that not highlighted in the earlier quarterly reports?
surely shareholders are going to be given a complete explanation of the terms of that arrangement ,and reasons why it was allowed to go on for 3 years. THERE HAS TO BE A FULL REPORT ,NOT JUST A ONE LINE COMMENT IN A FLYER.
Who was being paid, and the individuals involved.Why was it not stopped earlier when it was obvious UCC had no intention promoting carbonxt products
30K a month over 3 years could have been a small dividend back to shareholders ,fully franked with all the losses this mob has racked up
30 K a month coming directly from the capital raises and subsequent dilution of our shares.
This in itself should be reason for a complete board spill
