Passion and emotion - indeed, very passionate when I see companies like PRU getting a raw deal in the market....and I have every right to ask WHY?

That has nothing to do with my investment decisions. Big difference?

My comments are based on 20+ years of industry experience - working in mining companies, for mining companies, around mining companies....

You call me "unobjective"! I use hard cold numbers and facts - IRRs, cashflows, transactions that have occurred in the market place to support my arguments. You?

I asked jman to explain why he thought AND's or CNT's respective situations were any different to PRU's - no answer.

Sure, I know enough about both deposits - both pretty good stories. AND and Cerro Negro I like especially. CNT in Egypt, well not a place I'd race to in a hurry.

Bottom line is the market attributes a market capitalisation to AND several times that of PRU (that is a verifiable FACT), yet PRU has 2-3 as much gold in ground (and quite probably more blue sky than Cerro Negro both at Ayanfuri and Tengreal).

YET the 'bottom line' numbers on Ayanfuri (and Tengrela likely to be even better again in time) are a match for any project, Cerro Negro included.....

So what explains the huge market pricing disparity? Well, a lack of TSX listing is one OBVIOUS explanation. imo. I doubt Mark Calderood would or could disagree....

If you beg to differ, please state your reasons?

I know PRU did most of the leg work for a TSX listing quite some time ago yet it got shelved.

I still believe that if Perseus had listed in Toronto, their share price NOW would be closer to $2 today.

You know what that means? You want to raise $75m (when the share price is $2.00) - you now only have to issue 37m new shares vs. the 92m shares proposed.

That is my beef. DILUTION. And given you purport to be an existing shareholder too, it should be your beef too.
