yes, that's a risk.
it's more likely they will exercise each tranche of shares as and when they vest, but whether they sell those or not, who knows. it's more likely they will exercise and sell each tranche as and when they vest.
we can assume that they don't all vest at the same time as that defeats the purpose of the warrant contracts and incentives. however that doesn't stop Amazon exercising all warrants at the end of 2025, then dumping them on market. but that's 4 years away....
