Your absolutely right in what you say re. the court in th hague...and Israel has the right to protect her citizens. What the court judgement states is simply that the wall is illegal, but as we know the bias at the UN is anti Israel and anti american and in fact anti practically any state / person that is not left wing.
The Milosevic case is typical ,years of wasted EU money on a case against this mass murderer and it will continue for years to come...the UN is useless, take the dredful Kosovo situation, they stood by and did nothing...again it was the Uk and the US who acted....the rest of the European Union sat back on their fat backsides and talked. The Srebrenica slaughter of innocent men and women was watched over by the Dutch Peace keepers who were told by the Serbs. to walk away and they did, a disgrace.
Israel should ignore them as irrelevat, as I'm sure she will, this ruling is meaningless, as is the UN, dominated by black african and third world countries who are so corrupt and so incompetent.
