Download the file to your computer (i.e. downloads folder)
Click on the sheet logo above the message pane (highlighted in yellow below)-
Click 'Upload' & then 'Drop File' below it.
Select the file from the location you saved it (i.e. Downloads folder)
I hope this is useful as I'd like to read it!
