Personally don’t think that the putting of the type of proposition you have could be construed as cross promotion as it does not denigrate either company or their shareholders and simply suggests an idea for how each could add value one to the other.
I personally like the idea of Australian companies working and creating together when it makes sense, adds value and creates employment here in Australia.
One thing is sure they know about each other the rest will be a question for their engineers, tech people and bean counters as there are also tax incentives to consider.
