you didn’t answer my question, you ignored it because it shows how irrelevant this issue is. Give me the potential punishment in your view?
Also you need to wake up a bit, I don’t know how dumb you think this judge is... So ASX suspends ISX in October 2019, then ISX sues them in December 2019. Then ASX, after being sued, miraculously finds more issues with ISX who is taking them to court. Do you get how much that timeline and ASX’s conflict of interest impacts how anyone (apart from you) sees ASX’s views of the VISA issue. Adding to that.....So ASIC has then come in with a VISA charge.....an issue that didn’t exist when ASIC first discussed ISX with their buddy ASX. A discussion that has ultimately lead to ASX taking actions where ISX is suing them.
The conflicts of interest in the above are mind boggling......and are pretty easy for an impartial party to link.
