Seafood donburi:
Bring to a simmer the following:
2 cup total seafood and dashi stock
1 diced onion.
4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
2 tablespoon mirin (or sweet white wine).
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Turn off and poach two servings of seafood.
Serve in two larger bowls with the following:
Two servings of rice.
Two beaten egg in each.
Torn nori.
