Pretty much, if thats where its opened.
Thing is, post entitlement, that means that market expects the thing to:
a) Be worth 45-46c and then some!
b) That some sort of rationality will return to prices as a result of this raising - meaning that perhaps NTA of 0.75c + will be realised.
