The demo plant has been delayed to the end of the year (at the earliest). It was planeed for this summer, but has been delayed.
Hence the sell off. People pulling their money out gor other quicker returns. They will most likely come back to invest in EMN later, once the Demo gets closer.
Until then, the SP will not shoot up. Unless their is another Pump from Next Investors, but then their will be another slow decline until real news is released.
