An update to my post above: Today following her latest visit to an Adairs large format store Mrs Daicosisgod received a text message from Adairs CEO asking her to complete a short 3 min survey regarding her store visit.
There is no doubt Adairs is serious about making sure the in-store customer experience is first class.
I also read this morning that UBS increased its Adairs SP target to $4.45
