The defamation case against the AFR by Duma continues to progress in the Federal Court and it should make for interesting reading if it goes all the way.
Duma tried to stop the AFR to subpoena files held by the AFP. It looks like this attempt has failed and parties will get access to the AFP files. The judgement is worth reading and it will be interesting if AFR puts Duma in the stand for cross examination.
