Mass death from Covid Vaccine?

Yowsers the story does appear to be legit.

46 Dead at Nursing home after Second Covid Vaccine shots.
Some are saying the first Vaccine shot compromised the auto immune response and the second shot was fatal.

"At the beginning of the year, residents and workers were vaccinated with the first dose of Pfizer , although the inoculation of the second has had to be interrupted given the incidence of the pandemic."

Hopefully they find no fault with the vaccine.
