Do some research regarding Somalia- I doubt very much that the company will be able to operate consistently, safely and cheaply in Somalia. They don't even have a public service or any real form of gov't. It's run by warlords, bandits, clan leaders and local Imam's, with huge power struggles being part of the landscape.As a result security of tenure and contract law enforcement do not exist, and therefore there is little foreign investment to speak of
