1) it is about to be 'recommended' (we hope) by some NSW review committee/dept 2) then it has to go to public discussion for some weeks 3) THEN it can be officially approved
Most 'think' it will be approved. But who knows 100%. The problem with valuing RRL is it is bargain price with the full approval. And not so bargain if McPhil goes away.
Also, of course, if it is does get approved what really are the metrics (profit) available. But on published data it looks good.
