I already said, the biggest 7 fabs, your customers are your biggest competitors. They all have internal projects for next gen memory. Company slides are not showing this, which i see as VERY MISLEADING!
SMIC, TSMC, UMC, Samsung, Global Foundries, WD are your real competitors! If you can't win one of the top 7 Fabs, then the market share has dropped by 80%
For example, TMSC, the worlds largest FAB has already launced their ReRAM, and judging by their patents, it might be using Silicon Oxide too.
I'll take a bet you might get Texas Instruments as your first customer
