With all the assumptions currently in the spreadsheet the current DCF comes out at $8.33.

In summary, what it is saying is that, if:

a) You believe that a DCF valuation is valid

b) The guesstimates of all figures (GM, Sales Projection, Discount Rate etc etc) are correct

The current value of the share is $8.33

I tried to be clear in my notes about this. I really don't want anybody to make any false assumptions from the spreadsheet. I don't want anybody to make the assumption that I am saying that the share should be trading at the calculated price. A DCF valuation is of most use to Fundamental Investors in making some sort of assessment of the investment.
