That is how I saw it as well Patrolly, a min of $2mill, and they won't be getting it for a while either, I reckon it is just a stopgap, they just about have the 3GL MAUL,Firestorm and the 40mm ammo certified, they have stated they have customers waiting, they also stated that they have either a prospective buyer or a licensee for a periphal platform? I reckon this is what is happening, only there have been some minor delays in the signing?
but one thing is for sure, they have stated that if either the noteholder are not happy with the arrangement or they don't raise sufficient funds, then the money will be returned, Im happy with that, and if it does go through then there must be a good reason for it doing so, so they will be getting my money!
