To clarify, for each 8 shares you own on June 3 you can get 1 new one at 38c. Its attractive provided the price is >38c when you stump up.

Here's what you have to do:
1. familiarise yourself with the timetable.
2. check prospectus when it is issued. Check if a signature is required to apply for new shares (it probably is not but you need to check).
3. Methods:
a) send cheque & application form to registry in good time.
b) you can probably do a funds transfer to registry with app form to follow.

Method a) the easiest. If you want to use method b) contact the registry in good time to discuss logistics.
