HW that always had me beat as well why Directors never bought last window. I came to the conclusion that they probably just didn't have the money as they had leveraged themselves elsewhere and had other committments. Though at the time I liked to think it was because some refinancing negotiations gave them privaleged info however I now suspect they are not that prudent or intelligent (as they didn't buy)
