Hi Selmax,
You know my view and it hasn;t chnaged. I still think it's a $3 ish bid which will be the final outcome. This may seem very bullish after today but it is based on the timing of the process, the strength of the company, the upcoming investment in freight infrastructure and expected growth. And the biggest reason is that the company would not have entertained exposure let alone second round for a low bid. There is nothing in it for MR. He might as well go bankrupt as sell it for $1 per share hence he would only be focusing on the . I think todays caution re price was more about complaints from buyers re leaks and trying to hose it down so the process goes smoothly.
