As regard to plans, right now it is about getting a new board and having a good look. It may be winding it all down and returning funds to holders and resurrecting the shell, it could be something else if value is identified. In my view it is about getting transparency into the equation so good decisions can be made by stakeholders. I've come this far, but to be fair it is buyer beware, because until we see the result of the 249d and what they discover/plan any conclusion is uncertain.
