It seems Prima has a hisotory to selling assests:
"Prima sold the assets in Arthon Pty Ltd to Canadian biotech, Trillium Therapeutics Inc., a group developing a portfolio of anti-inflammatory technologies. The terms of the agreement were announced on 5 December 2005."
