I know my fellow posters did not like my suggestion of legal action but the inflated production cost from H is potentially quite destructive. If the cost is inflated by say US$10 per lb then this is an impediment to Ags getting an offer from a 3rd party because it may make the product uncompetitive as against buying a prospect and mining it . It is a tax representing a huge sum across the life of the project.
