    They do have an ace up their sleeve if push comes to shove. NGPL!
    Short term there are some significant hurdles to overcome.
    Also, what if the counter party to their FX hedges calls the transaction in? $250M loss. At the moment it's a mark to market loss but if it's called in, it becomes a real loss.
