There will be 'some logic' to why that is the case.
Fact is - if you unblock someone... then look at that person's trophies against one of their posts in the forum.... I can absolutely guarantee you that their trophy count will not be 73. If it is 73, then it will be pure coincidence. Pop them back on ignore, and "like magic" their trophy count will likely go back to 73 when viewing the list of ignored users.
