This was speculation that was discounted by most FX market participants, The flows to support this exodus were not apparent.
The do however hold over 600 billion in the US and the recent court case must give them some concern considering current US sentiment.
US have already build up strategic oil reserves in anticipation of any action, but no other countries appear to have done so.
