I think it depends a little on the company's market update that precedes the TH being lifted, and (obviously) if the civil unrest has worsened and MONREC submission / MIC permitting process have been concluded.
Assuming the status quo continues, I'd expect an immediate drop to 2.5-3.5c, maybe followed by a modest rally to 4c or so in the days that follow.
Fwiw, I don't think reflects a fair valuation of the company. I expect a SP collapse due to (a) very few people being prepared to buy on open, (b) a large number of current holders rushing to exit their positions all at once.
