selling

By now those selling to fund the SPP will have finished due to T+3 settlement......are the current sellers disgruntled shareholders who have no faith in management or Pattersons investors making a quick buck at our expense????............... Will the SPP plan be fully subscribed?? at these prices it probably wont be....in which case I suspect management will dump the remaining shares with an institution who will take them and dump on market to make a quick buck, all at our expense...and further hold down the price....of course they could also take the shares themselves....
