If we can't move up past 10c today we should be able to form a healthy range here.
Most of the others's MDT CER BBI etc. are quit stable so could be some consolidation.
fair value IMO should be somewhere in the range of 12-20c At the moment. With much potential to increase from there closer to value based on fundamentals so
target 12c, page-8
