Sorry amigos, but I don't think it passes the pub test. Isn't it the second restructure of management within only 12 months? These extavagant changes in manangement are a big waste of money & they result in a loss of personnel, plus it will probably cause a delay in progress while there is a leadership/policy vacuum. Surely, all of the people who live in WA and run GRL must recognise that to operate a company in NSW, they have to make sacrifices and make an effort to get on with each other. All in my opinion.
