proposed delisting

Hi all,
As a shareholder i was wondering how the worth of my shares will be determined and by whom if the company were to de list and go private.
What is the procedure if you wish to sell your holdings at some future point? In fact,how would you even know what they would be worth at that time?
Would appreciate any comment for and against a de listing of GOP.
I think it is important for all shareholders to vote on this issue.
