Maybe zecs, these are the first steps in the commercial strategy. Involve potential partners early so they're a little part of the journey:
Make the contacts. Cultivate relationships and make sure they're all aware of how big the upside is. Get them mentally involved and thinking. If some relationships progress far enough, share technical lab data on the MoA's. Keep everyone personally informed of the interim results. Answer technical queries as they arise.
Far better than approaching cold after results. I like it because we're planning for success from the start.
