i will still take an 8.5 year runway for the earliest patent to expire any day of the week, i guarantee you if this has succeeded in between now and then it won't matter what patents expire in 2029 - what matters is if they start commercializing the tech this year and next year and begin signing customers and taking market share, as once they control market share market share it will be very difficult for competitors to take that away - it won't matter that in 2029 that one of the earliest patents expires, they will have another 50 in place protecting the IP that surrounds it, it would be naive to think that all it takes is 1 patent to protect this technology. in my view WBT will be taken over well before 2029

nope it wont stop competitors, there will always be competitors and tbh i hope there are lots of competitors in the re-ram space as that shows that re-ram is going to be the replacement to flash

nope we can't be sure that china won't steal the IP, but research who Atiq Razza is and Yoav Nissan Cohen is and then you might understand why coby and dadi got them on board, but this risk will never be eliminated that is just up to you whether you want to take that risk or not

the fabs aren't customers, they manufacturer products for the customers (a fab can manufacture for many many diff customers), take XTX for example they are a fabless co who have > 2,000 customers worldwide - how many of them we get i do not know. realistic product revenue i am expecting to be low as are most, cobi and dadi have explained this also, but once you sign the 1st customer the next 10 come a lot easier

it's up to you if you take the bait of the rampers talking $100 sp but most rational people on here take that with a grain of salt

Sorry if you've heard it all before, but I all i hear is we have the number 1 product & the only one using SiO2 & no competitors.

I did search the forum and no one had mentioned TMSC launched their ReRAM last year!

Glad you realise there is a lot of competition waiting in the wings.... WBT looks like a good product.... hope you win some customers! might join you then when I understand real revenue!
