Redundancy package is around $100K not $1Mil plus 750,000 employee options plus salary ($68,750) for another 3 months during change over.
Anyway, it has been months without any updates and than this little gem. Not sure what point there is for David to stay on for 3 months if he is troubled by Covid-19 restrictions and family issues.
Some people have it worse, not seeing their loved ones for more than a year now or even losing them without being able to say their good byes.
Another pain of the success of Australia's handling of Covid-19 pandemic (obsession of elimination). Infighting of states and personal tragedies are just the beginning.
A redundant CEO role means no more CEO for GRL in the future? At least that is my limited understanding of redundancy law.
