I am saying a medium term hold for me.. I am not convinced that the workforce will never return to normality again. well at least most of it. we are creatures of habit and no matter what happens, when working on projects and collaborating with others it's not the same unless it's face to face. The tech at the moment won't substitute that completely although I understand it will change for some industries. I see childcare demand increasing again very soon..
