The reason why I say they may be more flexible compared to Centrifuge is this!
From my limited understanding of this, I can see where a centrifuge technology could go from 5% to 19.75% easily, but if they wanted to go back to 5% again? I think they would have to stop the centrifuges and clean every one of them out before proceeding to produce 5% enrichment again, whereas as far as I can see it would be a much easier process for laser enrichment technology to do either, is this correct Zog?
