Like I said, if the powers to be said they needed extra HALEU supply and LIS fitted the bill, then I can see it being brought forward, but there may only be a limited amount required, I posted something the other day on what they call a HALEU bank, GLE said themselves that the plant could be built faster if funding was available, that said if they built a HALEU plant that only needed limited supply, I see no reason why they couldn't also do 5% enrichment, in fact they could possibly do a lot more of that than HALEU production for a while, but at least it could be a plant that COULD supply what they needed sooner like 5% enrichment, "IF" funding was forthcoming, and as I said GLE actually said that.
